San Diego Beach House Vacation Rentals
San Diego, Santa Barbara and San Francisco are three large California beach tourism. To meet all the tourists. There is always something to do. And there are always lots of places to stay. Weather San Diego is quite perfect. There are a number of districts in San Diego that you could consider, as the charming La Jolla and downtown San Diego, Mission Beach and Mission Bay. All would be good choices.
There's a big warning: Beware of the buyer. After living in California, 40 years, I am quite familiar with the real estate market. I know there are more homes on the market right now that one would expect. We can only attribute that precarious economy at national level. But to rent a beach house--or any home for that matter--suggest that in the face of money must be placed in an escrow account reliable until the holiday is over.
California any estate agent authorised may set a Deposito account. If you are renting directly from the owner, insist that an escrow company be involved and contact directly to you. The few extra dollars that you will pay will be worth the peace of mind.

North of San Francisco Beach House Vacation Rentals
Beautiful. Robust. Can be very cold with the lively sea breezes, which is great for Cuddles. There are lots of beaches, many of them especially deserted. National parks provide abundant wildlife, making this a great hiking and camping area. Most any cottage located along the coast is very fascinating.
Area of Santa Cruz-Soquel Capitola-
Here are some of the most idyllic weather conditions anywhere. Is nice and warm, but not usually burning hot. Here costs are typically half the field. There are some cheap hotels in downtown Santa Cruz that rent by the week in the winter, but for a romantic getaway, they are probably not what you're looking for. Look to the condo that rent or cottage. This is a city of old, so there are also some magnificent old Victorians. Capitola village Test or deposit Hill, an area that overlooks the Capitola.
Carmel-Monterey Beach House
There are two sides of the Monterey Peninsula. The Pacific Grove has long glorious. The side of Carmel is known to be cool. Monterey same hot side. This is an old town, too, made famous by Cannery Row of Steinbeck. A lot of colored push up the ocean, especially around the Pacific Grove. Avoid sea and Marina--are very windy.
San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara
Sunny. Lot of opportunity to vacation here. Santa Barbara is truly one of the country's vacation meccas with miles and miles of beautiful beaches. There are a lot of California Beach House vacation rental options here, and the price is probably less than what you'll find further south along the coast.
Further South is Baja California that, while it's nice, it's a whole different Web site.
